'Infuse pumps hospital Kherson' project

On August 27 our foundation has made a transfer of € 12.172 to the domestic dealer in Kiev, company Artur-K, as payment for the medical equipment.
Shortly ago we have received a good news: on October 5 six infuse systems are delivered to the Kherson Regional Children Hospital. From the hospital we have received several pictures by e-mail which were made on the day of delivery:

We would like to thank the company adidas International BV as our biggest donor of this project, all the volunteers who participated in a collection campaign of 13-17th April and especially our sponsors: The NCDO-commission from Amsterdam and the foundation Wild Geese from Hilversum for their financial support.

Het Nationale Commissie voor Internationale Samenwerking en Duurzame Ontwikkeling (NCDO) has reacted positively on our request for a project support (MATRA Programm).

The foundation Wilde Ganzen from Hilversum have promised to make a contribution to support the project. You can transfer your donation to the giro account 40.000 of Wilde Ganzen from Hilversum with a note "Project Infuuspompen Hospitaal Kherson". This amount will be raised with 70%.

adidas International BV from Amsterdam has kindly donated to our foundation an amount of 4.000 €, which we can now use for the project "Infusepumps Hospital Kherson".
In December 2003 we received a request for help from the Kherson Regional Children Hospital to provide them with new Infuse pumps.

Issues are constantly arising with regards to the 'dropping bags' currently in use at the Hospital, and as they have a very limited budget available it does not allow for the purchase of the necessary amount of new equipment. As a result children receive the necessary treatment in an old fashion way through 'dropping bags', which when in many cases may be a matter of life or death is wholly unacceptable. That's why it is vital that we provide new Infuse pumps as soon as possible.

At the moment Foundation Save a Russian Child is busy searching for sponsors who would help with the purchasing of some new infuse pumps (made by 'B.Broun' company: INFUSOMAT fmS - 3 p. and PERFUSOR fm - 3 p. Total value 12.000 €) for the Kherson Regional Children Hospital.
