Letter of Klava's mom:
"What does it mean to be parents? When your child is sick, even
a minor cold, you do not sleep nights, you are mad at each of its influenza,
and strongly trying to reduce his pain and ready yourself to bear the
most terrible disease, only that the child was healthy.
My daughter has a very serious disease – sarcoma of right leg tibia
(cancer) at the age of only 11 years; she only begins to live and have
seen nothing yet in life.
Her children's carefree life is very sharply over.... Now Klava is undergoing a treatment in the Russian Children's Clinical Hospital of Moscow, in the oncology department, where the chemotherapy and other treatment for cancer has being done. After 4 blocks chemotherapy the ultimate care for other organs is necessary.
In order to save my girl’s leg the German oncological knee joint endo-prothesis is needed. It costs 1.530.000 rubles [44.400 EUR].
My family is poor and the amount we need is nowhere to take from. I’m a single mother and have another small baby. But if I do not find the money, my daughter will lose the leg. This is a terrible trauma for the child of eleven years.
I’m begging for your help - to find the money and to save not only Klava’s life, but the leg too".
